You Were Fearfully AND Wonderfully Made

      You watch and study Kim kardashian (insert favorite celebrity here), and then you get up and look in the mirror. You walk past your pile of bills and your dirty dishes to your bathroom, and look at yourself. All you can see are flaws. If I could get this fixed, this lifted, this tucked, then I would be beautiful. You look at your hair, and wish it wasn't so. You look at your home and imagine somewhere different. You look at your marriage, your singleness, your situation, and wish you could change everything- and *RIGHT HERE* is where the devil wants you.
        Many women have resorted to stripping, working in escort services, and exploiting their bodies for the opportunity to have fifteen minutes of fame, and a few dollars. Many are saving up money to get implants, to get lipo, to get injections- trying to be more like the similitude of Kim, forgetting that they are made in the similitude of Christ! Many are fighting, stealing, selling drugs- covering themselves with tattoos to fit into a culture they were never meant to be a part of- because they were actually called to be peculiar. Many are hurting, and crying, and near suicidal as they look at their own lives with anger, because their LIFE as it is, IS NOT ENOUGH. They are obsessing over MORE. We need more money, more attention, more opportunities to shine. The devil has poisoned our minds.
   The devil wants you thirsty for material things. Sooooooo thirsty that when he offers you a sip, you will drink it, no matter the cost. And he has a very effective method. In this social media era, we have been allowed extreme access to look into the lives of the rich and the famous; we have been 'given' a peak into their extravagant lifestyles; we have borne witness to their luxurious way of living. The private jets, the traveling around the world, fabulous clothes, drinking, partying- as we witness it, it affects us. As we consume it, we become hungry, thirsty for more. We create vision boards, visualizing ourselves in worldly places, climates, and positions- using techniques of self-will instead of seeking God's will.
        We become lustful in our hearts, lustful in our minds. We are not happy with ourselves, and certainly not happy for others. This is the exact opposite of what God has designed for our lives.(Philip. 4:11, 1John2:16)
      I hear someone crying because their attempts at fame have failed. They tried to take the gift that God gave them and use it for the world. They took their gift of music, their gift of beauty, their gift of art and they tried to sell it to the devil. They want the attention, they want the fame, they want the money.
       And Satan wants your gift. No, its not about you- He wants it so that he can make God jealous. He wants you to severe your relationship with God and come and lay in his sinful bed.
        He wants you to take the beautiful body that God gave you and cut it up- change it and distort it. He wants you to take the purity that God gave you and pervert it. He wants you to throw away the future that God has created for you, and replace it with a destiny full of sadness, emptiness, and pain.
 He will deceive you at all costs, because he doesn't actually care about you. He puts the pretty things in the window for you to envy, and when you REALLY want it, he will give it to you in exchange for your destiny.
       In exchange for your relationship with God. That's what it costs- that's the only deal that stands (Matt 6:24). Nothing less. And once you trade- many are like Judas and die soon after- for the best kept secret is that the wages of sin is death.
      Soon after the exchange, you see that it wasnt what you thought it was! The fruit of your sinful decisions begins to eat away at you: Babies, Abortions, Infections, Depression, Exclusion, HIV, Divorce, Anxiety, Exploitation, Harrassment, Body Distortion, Obsession... the list goes on and on.
      To my generation I caution you: be careful of what you consume. The devil has a plan for you just like God does. Don't try the devil when you've never tried God. You were bought with a price, and you are a rare gem in the eyes of God. He created you with love. He formed you- and in Him you are truly flawless. In this world, the definition of flawless is manufactured. But in God's eyes, you are exactly the way He wanted you to be.
       You were fearfully and wonderfully made in HIS image. Do not hurt your Savior by giving your body, heart, mind, and gifts to another. Love HIM the way HE loves you, and you will truly have it all. Truly. The devil does not like you. The devil does not care about you. HE is using you to get to God, and as soon as you are used up he will throw you away. Ask all those BIG time celebrities who died early deaths, and now rest in torment.

Signs of Christ's Return: Natural Disasters and Race Wars

Current Signs that Jesus the Christ is Soon to Come: Nature and Race Wars 

      Have you been watching the news in worry, or fear? Have you been noticing the sudden and dark shift in our society, reminding you of scriptures you have heard before? Have you seen the shifts in nature, wondering why, in fear? You are not alone, and you would be right to assume that we are living in the times prophesied of old. Here we will begin to provide continual coverage of the end of days, aligned with scripture. May this encourage you to Prepare, for the Lord is Soon to Come. 

Natural Disasters

       "As in the days of Noah were, so also shall the coming of man be." Matthew 24:37                  
Hurricane Harvey!!! Hurricane Irma!! Lord Help Us!!!  We are living through catastrophic natural disasters, and yet we fail to see the divinity in it. We are powerless against God's hand, yet we arrogantly deny His power or His mighty hand. As preachers warn men of the wrath of God to come, our world rebelliously charges ahead in our sin, toward certain death. Eerily similar to the great flood of Noah, whom warned the people of the impending doom to come and begging them to repent, to no avail. The ruler and creator of the heavens is in charge, and at His word our entire world will absolutely crumble.

      Speaking of crumbling, earthquakes are another certain sign of the end of days: "...And there will be famines, pestilences, and earthquakes in divers places." Matthew 24:7.  The word "divers" here means several, many, manifold, multitudinous. And currently, where you aware that we (this earth) are now experiencing 3000+ earthquakes every MONTH?! That number has been on an unprecedented increase in both frequency and strength, leading many experts to fear that the earth is literally "cracking up". Tell me, what can man do in their might to mend the earth? The answer is nothing. Man can do nothing, only God, the creator of this earth can. And he has already spoken that he will end this world, to create a new one, Rev.21

Race Wars:

#BlackLivesMatter. We've watched innocents being killed for doing seemingly nothing, besides being a certain color. "#SayTheirNames" as they become martyrs for a cause that goes beyond what we can see. Colors are Uniting, whilst separating from others. Celebrities are preaching from their platforms and empowering certain groups of people. Riots are erupting, violent fights and violent words are flowing. Who can forget the violence of Charlotte last month as a car plowed through crowds of people full force, running over their bodies? 

       ...For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom...

Matthew 24:7

    Many overlook the depth of this scripture, thinking that it speaks to the warring nature of our countries. But "nation" can also refer to nationality. As in your origin, your ethnicity, your race. We are witnessing a rise in nationality against nationality. Not one group simply persecuting another group, as in times of old, but a violent empowerment of nation against other nation. We do not trust cops of a certain color, and they do not trust people of a color. The day has come where we gravitate toward those who are like us with pride, and we feel safer amongst our own.

       Also scripturally in accordance is 2 Timothy 3:1: "This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come". Indeed perilous, or dangerous times have arrived! There are protests, riots, uprisings all over the world right now! When you cannot be safe being pulled over by an enforcer of the law, when your children are not safe walking home, or even being at school for that matter- when you have to think twice about attending a movie, you should consider the signs or the time. As they pull Jesus out of the schools and the earth, we know that the antichrist spirit is working and more visible than ever.

        God is in the process of ending this earth. But although this world has an expiration date, God has prepared a glorious after life for those who have chosen to live for him; "And if I go to prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you into myself, that where I am, there you may be also." John 14:3.

"Stay Woke?" : The Empty Pew Epidemic

 

 Something inside of me wants to yell,

           "ITS TIME! WAKE UPPPPPP!!!!!!" 

    I know I can't be alone in this. It's time for those of you who are seeing- those of you who have a heavy heart- to take action. Isn't it amazing that secular people are now saying "stay woke"? Did you know that's biblical? 

           “The end of all things is near. Therefore be alert and of sober mind so that you may pray.”

                           ‭‭1 Peter‬ ‭4:7‬ ‭NIV‬‬

      It's chilling to me how we are so blind, as the final days before judgment come upon us. Have you not seen the attendance of local churches dropping, lower, lower? Haven't you noticed the empty pews at bible class? Churches everywhere are struggling to keep their doors open. The saints will no longer support, attendance-wise or financially. There are now more enemies (tares) planted in the pews than true Saints of God. 

          The enemy has launched a major attack on the body of Christ, he has planted suicide bombers in the church, and every time they go off, they kill and wound many souls. The devil grins as People cry "church hurt, church hurt"- as though our Savior was not the ultimate example of that. We have stopped working together to carry our faith. We have started to stay home, to participate in the gossip, we have begun to reason our way out of bearing the responsibility of the great falling away.

       Why are we wasting so much time worried about things that really carry no eternal weight? Concerned about social media and celebrities when Christians at being killed by the thousands in other countries? Just last week a busload of Christians were killed in Egypt- 28 dead. (Say their names) Because of the constant occurrence, our own president has are called it an anti-Christian genocide. Are you aware?

       The scale has been tipped. How are they being killed for their faith, and we believe we deserve an award for attending a Sunday Service? (Where all we do is sit...) We have become non-descript, undistinguishable, unremarkable- we are now no different than the world. We go to the same places, do the same things, we dress the same, we think the same- we believe the same. We have lost our savour.

         “You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt loses its saltiness, how can it be made salty again? It is no longer good for anything, except to be thrown out and trampled underfoot.”

‭                          Matthew‬ ‭5:13

       Somehow we have glamorized the church of old, saying it "ain't what it used to be". And I agree. The main reason being the saints aren't what they used to be. Saints of old made their way to service, rain, sleet ,or snow. Sickness or grieving, they brought their burdens to the altar. They didn't use meditation, exercise, marijuana, vacations, or social media to self medicate. 

        The church will continue to fall apart because the devil has a plan. Long term it involves bullying us into submission. Denying churches grants. Forcing preachers to submit their sermons to the government. Poisoning our children through the tv and the Internet. Persecuting Pastors until they are dead or wounded. And watering us down until we don't even know wrong from right.

    Please wake up. Be faithful to your local ministry. Be an example of enduring love to those around you- those who do not know God. Spend time with Jesus everyday. Read a chapter, listen to worship, and pray. You must remain vigilant, you must eat to stay strong. We already have the victory. A movement is brewing...Are you willing to fight?

God is not pleased with #BeyonceWorship

                            

I must say; I was shocked to see the enamored reaction of the Saints to Beyonce. Although the world's idolatrous reaction to her was more bold and brazen than ever, it was the saints enlivenment that shook me. The woman, dressed in gold, with a cloven crown on her head, sat on a golden throne. Her admirers fell at her feet in worship, lifting their hands up to her and bowing as she passed by. The audience quietly held their breath in thirst for every note she sang, every word she carefully spoke. As she ended her performance, an awestruck audience gave her a standing ovation- no one was visibly seated. Everyone clapped, and clapped, and clapped, as the woman dressed in gold quietly stood there and absorbed their worship. Immediately the internet was set ablaze with all manner of praise of her beauty, presentation, pregnancy, voice, speech...worship hands and prayer emojis overflowed. I wish I were exaggerating, but unfortunately, this happened.
